I'm crazy for all things Jane Austen! My sister shared this really neat bit of info about finds from an archaeological dig at the birthplace of  Jane Austen..Steventon Rectory, Hampshire countryside.. I would love to be there.. Can't wait to see all the things they find!

    We have watched both versions of Pride and Prejudice many, many times. Last evening, Howard and Lauren and I all began quoting a portion by memory as it pertained to a conversation that was going on. Samuel (18) re-quoted it verbatim for us, as we had unknowingly paraphrased quite a bit. It struck my funny bone, coming from this big boy who doesn't claim to even like the story.
